Guess who dominates in the Grammophone Best Recording Competition?

WOMEN IN MUSIC!!  Both Isabelle Faust and Joyce Di Donato were considered for top honors, but Isabelle Faust's Harmonia Mundi recording of the Mozart violin concertos with Il Giardino Armonico directed by Giovanni Antonini was named Gramophone’s Recording of the Year!  This article explains that Dame Kiri Te Kanawa was also honored.  All these magnificent women in music are truly an inspiration!
